BBR POLICY. UPDATED 11/21/25.
Production Time for BBR jerseys are 15-20 business days. Any other item BBR produces has a 30 Business Day Turnaround. Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
Business Day Turnaround is for BBR manufacturing staff to complete your order in production before shipped to the BBR office for final quality control and shipment to you. Please add on additional time for shipping.
Customer is responsible for verifying their Jersey, hoodie, pants, shorts or skorts sizing and artwork approval prior to ordering with BBR. BBR and BBR’s manufacturing staff is not responsible for any remake under any circumstance of an issue not from BBR or the BBR Manufacturing team.
Any remake not at fault from BBR or staff will be at the discretion of the customer. NO EXCEPTIONS.

CUSTOM ARTWORK:
BBR Custom Artwork on Jerseys, Hoodies, Pants, Shorts, Skorts or Backpacks is FREE OF CHARGE. Once artwork is sent, if no reply is sent back, first follow up will be issued 3 business days after mockup(s) are sent. If no reply then, a follow up will be issued each week over a 2 week period. At that time, if no response is received, BBR will discard your custom artwork, and could be subject to up front artwork costs before your next project with BBR begins.
Exception of artwork costs included but not limited to: Logo converted into proper formats for printing if not provided, custom logo design and hand drawn drawings converted for custom ordering. Signatures and Silhouettes are a one time artwork setup fee. Brooklyn Ball Reviews keeps all provided on file for future ordering after initial order is placed.
